We'll process and ship your order as soon as possible.
PART AVAILABILITY AND CURRENT PRICE WITH PART NUMBER ONLY. Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Eastern Personal Checks: Orders prepaid by personal check must allow 14 days for bank clearance. Please make an effort to pay by Mastercard, Visa, certified check or money order, or simply have the order sent C.O.D. All special orders require a 50% deposit. Sales Tax: Shipments within Florida add 7% sales tax. No tax to shipments outside of Florida. Delivery: All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service, unless otherwise requested, or where weight and/or size is prohibited by UPS. Minimum Orders: Pantera East has no minimum order. A service charge of $5.00 will be added to orders under $20.00 to cover processing costs. Returns: No returns accepted without prior authorization. All returns subject to 20% restocking fee. All returns must be prepaid and accompanied by a copy of our original invoice, less than 30 days old. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within five days of the invoice date, no exceptions. Orders placed without part numbers, and the parts are incorrect, are subject to a 20% restocking charge. PLEASE USE PART NUMBERS. Current parts books are available (PE9970 -- $15.00). Full credit will be issued due to error on our part. All credit card credits will incur a 5% credit card company fee, no fee if credited to your Pantera East account. Backorders: Canceled unless "backorder accepted" is on file. See invoice for any special instructions. Returned Checks: A $10.00 fee will be charged for each returned check. Customers with returned checks are automatically placed on a cash or certified check basis. Freight: Pantera East ships all merchandise via UPS ground freight, unless the item is too large, or other shipping means are requested. Orders too large for UPS will be shipped via truck freight, Returned Orders: Orders refused will be charged all freight charges, in addition to a 20% stocking fee. Damages: All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Any claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier. Damaged or shortages received through UPS must be reported the same day. The original box must be kept for UPS to inspect. UPS will not honor any claim without original box and packing materials. Catalog Contents: It is impossible to list all of the items we carry in stock, and we are continually adding new lines. Call, write or e-mail for price quotes on parts you might need that are not represented in our catalog/price list. Chances are that we have the part or can get it for you. Some parts listed were without prices at press time. Please call for these prices. Items marked "discontinued" but still have prices may still be available. Inquire! Foreign Purchases: Policy requires that payment in full be received in U.S. funds prior to shipment. Foreign currency and checks are not accepted. There is no C.O.D. service offered for shipments outside the continental United States. Pricing: Due to fluctuating values in world-wide currency, prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice. If price is of primary concern, please inquire, with part number, at time of order. Warranty: Pantera East will repair or replace free of charge any items that fail within 60 days of purchase due to defects in materials or workmanship, on products manufactured by Pantera East. Subject parts shall be returned prepaid to Pantera East for evaluation and inspection. This warranty becomes invalid when items in question have been improperly installed or applied, or when subject to accident or competitive events. We neither request or authorize any firm or persons to assume any liability in connection with the sale or use of Pantera East or its products. Items not manufactured by Pantera East are warranted in accordance with each individual manufacturer's own warranty. No additional warranty is expressed or implied. Pantera East shall not be liable for any damages to persons or property resulting from the sale or use of merchandise by dealer or consumer. In addition, Pantera East shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Note: Warranty policy is set up by the specific manufacturer and not Pantera East. Most manufacturers now require warranty claims to be made directly to the factory. We do not have authority to supersede such policy. All brake and suspension components are manufactured for off road use and are not D.O.T. approved. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all products purchased from Pantera East. New Products: If you do not see a product in our catalog, ask about it. Chances are we can probably get it for you. Call for the "best" price.
